Pleno can store any kind of information the user submits. This includes the user’s name, email address and telephone number. As part of our service, we also store the user’s tasks. We may also store information about the user’s interaction with the service, like time, date and duration of user sessions, in addition to geodata and other accessible information about the user’s behavior.
Most of the information is directly submitted by the user. Interaction data, geodata and other accessible information can be collected automatically.
User data can be stored both on our servers and the user’s own devices.
The main purpose of Pleno’s information storage is to let users manage their own plans, and to let groups of users share their plans with each other. User data can also be stored and analyzed by Pleno or others permitted by Pleno, for the purpose of improving the service, developing other services, or any other legal purpose.
